• Dr. Konstantinos Slavakis, who received Ph.D in our lab. on March 2002, has determined to stay in Japan for two years for the purpose of pursuing research in our lab. as JSPS postdoctoral fellowships for foreign researchers.

2003

• 11/28 Prof. Yamada received a letter saying that he will be awarded the 2nd International Communications Foundation (ICF) Research Award for his study: "A Study of Adaptive Signal Processing Based on Convex Projection Techniques
  --- An Efficient Robust Adaptive Algorithm".
• 11/22 One of the greatest mathematicians, Prof. Hong-Kun Xu, has come to our lab!
  He is a professor in the Department of Mathematics, University of Durban-Westville, South Africa.
